Positive: The villa was very clean inside and well stocked! Groundskeeper was super helpful!
Negative: We had lots of issues with losing power and hot water. The groundskeeper was excellent in trying to help, but it was beyond him. Issues were eventually resolved but it was very stressful. The owners compensation for the headache was baked goods, not exactly adequate. There were also ants OUTSIDE on terrace, so not usable. The villa is not as pictured as the grown vegetation blocks the view. The walk around the property and to the beach is super steep. Which could be a problem for some. The public beach is not connected to the property and there is a fee to pay restaurant to rent lounge chairs. Car is needed to get around for dinners.
